DO YOU TRAVEL FOR DESTINATION WEDDINGS?
Yes! While Connected Co. is based in Perth, Australia, we’re available for weddings outside of the Perth Metro region, interstate and internationally.
If you're planning a celebration outside of Western Australia, please get in touch and we'll tailor a quote specifically to both yourselves and your location.
DO WE GET TO MEET YOU AHEAD OF OUR WEDDING DAY?
Absolutely, and a couple of times actually!
We feel that it's best to meet our couples in person before anything else, so there aren't any surprises on the day.
Once your booking has been made, we’ll find a suitable time to all sit down together and run through anything and everything regarding your wedding plans.
We'll also be in contact the entire time leading up to your day and will happily provide guidance and support around planning and timelines.
If you’d like to chat before you book, we can arrange this via a video call as well.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date.
In the event of a cancellation on your end, this deposit will not be refunded if it is cancelled within three months of the proposed date
If your date is still to be confirmed at the time of booking, please advise us of this. While we will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling, any changes are subject to availability.
WILL YOU DIRECT US DURING PHOTOS?
With our background in Fashion & Modelling, and having spent time in front of the camera as well, we are more than equipped to help you both with posing for whatever look & feel you are both might be aiming for.
With that being said, we are also able to guide you through shots that are more candid in nature (we call these plandid) so you don't feel like you're in a professional photoshoot, and are able to sit in the moment with your lover.
This will also ensure we create a look that is authentic and timeless to the both of you, and what you two share together.
